Georgie Fear Book Review
Firstly I am really happy to share that my friend and mentor, Georgie Fear, has released a new book, working with sane habits to help you with weight loss. The book focuses on her 4 core eating behaviours and the reason I am such a fan of this approach is because these are proven strategies. I do not support restrictions, limitations or rigidity when it comes to improving your nutritional health, instead understanding how and why the body needs be nourished.
It was exciting to get a pre-release copy to review from Georgie and there were some great practical gems underneath the covers.

DVRT Ultimate Sandbag Countdown Workout

Starting with 10 Reps of the following exercises:
– Clean + Press
– MAX Lunge Left
– Bent over Row
– MAX Lunge Right
rest then repeat again for 8 reps, then 6, 4, 2
for a total of 30 reps
