In January I will be launching a 6 month coaching program that will be completely online. I know some of you have reached out to me to ask if I would coach online, so I have been working like crazy to pull together a great program that will provide 24 weeks of workouts, complete nutritional coaching, psychology of aging and fat loss, a private community and regular monthly guests exclusively for you guys.

If you are not interested then please bear with me because you will be seeing emails relating to the program, but I will be continuing to provide you with my continuing content of useful fitness and wellness information.

DVRT Fall into Strength Workout
It’s a beautiful Fall day here in Houston, so I grabbed my Ultimate Sandbag and did this great workout with the sun beating down in me.
8 x MAX Lunge (L)
8 x Elevated Push-up
8 x MAX Lunge (R)
8 x Front Clean
Rest as required
Repeat as many times as necessary.
I did 5 rounds
